A\u0219a se face c\u0103, dac\u0103 alegem s\u0103 urm\u0103m ace\u0219ti pa\u0219i, ce facem cu timpul nostru este \u00een mare parte dictat de activitatea noastr\u0103 profesional\u0103. Iar \u00een condi\u021biile \u00een care petrecem \u00een medie opt ore dormind, opt ore la job, \u0219i \u00eentre una \u0219i trei ore preg\u0103tindu-ne pentru ce avem de f\u0103cut \u0219i merg\u00e2nd dintr-un loc \u00een altul, timpul r\u0103mas liber devine foarte pre\u021bios. A\u0219adar, ce putem face pentru a-l valorifica pe c\u00e2t posibil, pentru a ne tr\u0103i via\u021ba cu sens \u0219i mul\u021bumire? Iat\u0103 c\u00e2teva idei, dintr-o perspectiv\u0103 centrat\u0103 pe persoan\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u0103 ne lu\u0103m timp pentru noi \u00een\u0219ine<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Odat\u0103 cu cre\u0219terea responsabilit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i cu avansarea tehnologiei, ritmul vie\u021bii devine din ce \u00een ce mai alert. Stimuli de tot felul ne distrag aten\u021bia constant, \u0219i unele lucruri tind s\u0103 ne \u021bin\u0103 captivi f\u0103r\u0103 chiar s\u0103 ne d\u0103m seama. Nu trebuie s\u0103 \u0219i facem chiar \u00een acel timp ceva \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu aceste lucruri, ci doar s\u0103 devenim con\u0219tien\u021bi de ele \u2013 pe c\u00e2t posibil f\u0103r\u0103 a le judeca sau analiza prea mult \u2013 s\u0103 lu\u0103m not\u0103 cu privire la cum suntem \u00een prezent. Sau invers, dac\u0103 la job depunem mult efort fizic, ne putem lua timp pentru a ne antrena mintea sau hr\u0103ni emo\u021bional \u2013 cum ar fi cititul unei c\u0103r\u021bi sau al unui articol pe o tem\u0103 care ne pasioneaz\u0103, mersul la teatru, oper\u0103 sau concert, o discu\u021bie cu prietenii, sau \u00eent\u00e2lnirea cu persoane dragi. De\u0219i fiecare persoan\u0103 poate avea doar configura\u021bii unice, complet proprii, exist\u0103 multe asem\u0103n\u0103toare de la un om la altul. De exemplu, foarte mul\u021bi dintre noi avem un copil interior: adic\u0103 \u00een anumite contexte reac\u021bion\u0103m \u00een moduri care pentru noi sunt specifice unui copil, sau exist\u0103 anumite situa\u021bii \u00een via\u021ba noastr\u0103 pe care le \u00eent\u00e2mpin\u0103m sau c\u0103rora le facem fa\u021b\u0103 prin aceast\u0103 parte din noi \u00een\u0219ine, care este asem\u0103n\u0103toare unui copil.<\/p>\n<p>Observ\u00e2ndu-ne comportamentul \u0219i fiind aten\u021bi la felurile \u00een care ne sim\u021bim, putem numi \u0219i descrie configura\u021bii ale self-ului nostru care s\u0103 ne ajute s\u0103 ne d\u0103m seama mai clar ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 \u00een via\u021ba noastr\u0103 \u0219i ce putem face diferit, dac\u0103 dorim.
